Paleo Peach Sherbet

Ingredients
  

  • 5 large peaches fresh
  • 6 ounces coconut milk full fat
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Slice fresh peaches and place in blender.
  • Add coconut milk and maple syrup.
  • Blend on high for 5 minutes or until smooth.
  • Pour the peach mixture into a freezer safe container and freeze for 4 hours, stirring the sherbet once halfway through.
  • When sherbet is set, scoop into serving dish and enjoy immediately!

Notes

You can use this recipe with many different type of fruit. Strawberry, pineapple, mango...the possibilities are endless!
