Perfectly Chewy and Gooey Chocolate Chip Cookies
I’m not a huge fan of chocolate chip cookies…..🙊
I’m actually not really a huge fan of chocolate at all.
But, occasionally a craving hits for a warm and gooey chocolate chip cookie with and ice cold glass of milk. Yum.
There is a lot to love about these chocolate chip cookies, especially that they bake up quickly as well as being super easy to make!

I have two secrets here that make these chocolate chip cookies sooo soft and ooey gooey.
#1 – there isn’t that much butter in here. At least bit compared to regular cookie recipes.
#2 – I use 3 different types of sugar.
Maybe overkill, maybe not. All I know is that together with a cold glass of milk they taste delicious.
I accidentally did this the first time because I was running out of all of my sugars and needed to make up 2 cups worth, and the end result was just so absolutely amazing I stuck with it. 🤤

Perfectly Gooey Chocolate Chip Cookies
Makes 18 large cookies.

- 2½ Cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1½ Tsp Baking Soda
- ½ Tsp Salt
- 1 Stick Butter (room temp)
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 Cup Packed Dark Brown Sugar
- ½ Cup Packed Light Brown Sugar
- ½ Cup Granulated White Sugar
- 1½ Cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Preheat oven to 350°.
First, mix flour, baking soda, and salt and set aside.
In mixing bowl, mix butter and all sugars with a hand blender until light and fluffy.
Beat in eggs one at a time.
Spoon in vanilla and mix until well combined.
Using a measuring cup, add your flour mixture a cup at a time and blend on low just until it all comes together.
Add chocolate chips and stir in with a wooden spoon.
Using a two inch scoop , drop cookie dough balls on to your baking sheet 3 inches apart. I only fit 6 on my cookie sheet at a time.
Bake for 11 minutes or until light golden brown.
Let cookies cool on baking sheet for 2 minutes (until they’re firm enough to lift) and fully cool on a cooling rack.
Finally, serve with a huge glass of ice cold milk. 😍
These definitely aren’t the healthiest cookies out there, but they are some of the most delicious!
