Always Eat After 7 PM Week 4: Final Thoughts

Week 4 Update

Over the past 4 weeks I have lost a total of 8 pounds, 2.15 inches from all over, and I feel amazing!

I’m not going to say the first weeks weren’t a little difficult, changing your routine always is, but I will say it was worth it!

I still have a journey ahead of me, but I feel like these past 4 weeks have set me up for success. I went into this having failed with multiple diets and programs in the past and I 100% think that it was due to the restriction.

Why Always Eat After 7 PM is Different

Restriction makes life hard, its human nature. We all want what we can’t have.

Always Eat After 7 PM is different. And I’m not just saying that, I truly feel that way.

One of my favorite excerpts still from the book takes me back to the beginning, “Always Eat After 7 pm is a three-phase program that teaches you how to lose big by strategically eating big when you are naturally hungriest—in the evening. It is not too good to be true! While I still have quite a while in the Main Phase until I reach my target weight, I fully believe I will be sticking to it this time and I couldn’t be more excited.

I love going to bed with a full stomach, I love getting to eat carbs, and I don’t feel restricted in the least bit! It’s also been really great for my cooking skills and learning how to make healthier swaps in my favorite foods!
